Cetcor AI provides a digital service that allows users to upload photos and generate AI-enhanced professional headshots and related downloadable assets.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibility

• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and use any image submitted to the service.
• You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful.
• You must not use the service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

4. Uploaded Content

You retain responsibility for the content you upload. By submitting an image, you grant Cetcor AI the limited rights necessary to process that image solely for providing the requested generation and download service.

5. AI Output

AI-generated outputs may vary in quality, style, and accuracy. We do not guarantee that any output will meet a particular commercial, legal, or aesthetic standard.

6. Payments and Downloads

• Some features or downloads may require payment.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers.
• Download access is unlocked after successful payment confirmation.

7. Refund Policy

All downloads are non-refundable after download access has been provided. Because the service delivers digital goods, completed downloadable access cannot be returned once granted.

8. Model Training Restriction

Uploaded user images are not used for model training without explicit user permission.

9. Retention of Uploaded Images

Uploaded images and associated generated assets may be retained for up to 24 hours for service delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and operational reliability, after which they are scheduled for deletion from active systems.

10. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without guaranteed uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cetcor AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cetcor AI from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your uploaded content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

Governing law and dispute resolution terms are not specified on this page at this time and may be updated in a future revision when a formal operating jurisdiction is designated.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
