Acceptable Use Policy

1. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Cetcor AI uses third-party artificial intelligence models to transform uploaded photos into professional headshot-style images. All output images are AI-generated. Outputs are stylistic interpretations based on your uploaded photo and may not be a fully accurate representation of your real appearance. You should not present AI-generated images as unedited photographs in contexts where authenticity is required (for example, government identification, legal documents, or background checks).

2. Whose Photo You May Upload

• You may upload your own photo, or a photo of someone else who has given you clear permission to do so.
• You may not upload photos of children, or any image depicting a minor.
• You may not upload a photo of any person without that person's consent, including images obtained from the internet, social media, or other third parties.
• You confirm that you own the rights to, or have permission to use, any image you upload.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Cetcor AI to create, upload, or generate content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualizes any individual, including minors.
• Depicts violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Is intended to harass, defame, impersonate, bully, or deceive any person.
• Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting a protected group.
• Infringes on someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Is used to create misleading or fraudulent identity documents, profiles, or materials (e.g., fake ID photos, fake dating or social media profiles).
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

4. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We may review uploaded images and generated outputs, automatically or manually, to detect violations of this policy. If we determine that a request or output violates this Acceptable Use Policy, we may refuse to process the request, remove the content, suspend access to the service, and refuse future service, without providing a refund for violating transactions.

5. Reporting a Concern

If you believe content generated through Cetcor AI violates this policy, or that your likeness has been used without your consent, please contact us at 739046478@qq.com with details, and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

6. Relationship to Other Policies

This Acceptable Use Policy works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service regarding acceptable use, this policy controls.
