The HD (Pro) service is provided as a non-refundable, one-time payment for a subscription or credit pack. We offer free generations so that you can evaluate our AI models before upgrading to Pro or Ultra.
Once a payment is made for HD access, no refunds will be issued.
If you have a recurring subscription, you can cancel it at any time through our payment processor (Creem). Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.
In rare cases where our service is completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours, we may issue pro-rated refunds at our sole discretion. To request such a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the outage.
