Refund Policy

1. Free Preview Before Payment

Cetcor AI lets users generate and preview their AI headshot results before paying. Payment is only required when a user chooses to download a high-resolution, watermark-free result.

2. Digital Download Refunds

Because Cetcor AI provides digital goods, completed downloads are generally non-refundable after download access has been successfully provided.

3. Delivery, Duplicate Charge, or Technical Issues

If you paid but did not receive download access, were charged more than once for the same order, or encountered a technical issue that prevented delivery, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the issue and may provide a replacement download, restore access, or issue a refund when appropriate.

4. Abuse and Policy Violations

Refunds may be refused for transactions connected to prohibited use, fraudulent activity, unauthorized image uploads, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Email thutranggffg@gmail.com with your payment ID, task ID, the email used at checkout if applicable, and a short description of the issue.
